Shipping method

All orders are shipped with the italian postal service. You’ll receive an envelope if all your products are flat, otherwhise we’ll use a small package according to the volume of your order.

Order processing time

All orders will be shipped out within 7 business days from the order date. You’ll receive a notification mail once your order has been shipped.

Shipping options

Shippings costs are calculated based on the order weight and volume, as well as countries. That’s why we offer different options, both for Italy and the rest of the world, so please pay attention on which you choose.

Priority and tracked packages are also available.

Customs and duties

If you live in the EU, you can be 100% sure you’re not going to pay for anything once you’ll receive your order.

If you live outside the EU, you may be charged customs and duties if your order will come in a package. Usually letters are not a problem. But due to the nature of our products, rarely customers are charged with customs and duties fees. Unfortunately we can’t control and cannot be responsable for any taxes that may apply.

Shipping mistakes

If your order is returned to us due to our mistakes (like a misspelled address), we will notice you that with an email and the order will be shipped again without any extra costs. If a mistake was made by you, we kindly ask you to pay for shippings and we will ship your order again.
