Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Turin, Italy
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Standard mail
To Italy: 4 to 14 business days
To the UE: 7 to 20 business days
To any other part of the world: 14 to 30+business days*
Priority mail
To Italy: 1 to 4 business days
To the EU: 3 to 6 business days
To any other part of the world: 10 to 15 business days
With the tracking number provided you can only see when your order has arrived to the international gateway of Poste Italiane and is ready to be delivered to you.
Tracked mail
To Italy: 4 to 6 business days
To the EU: 4 to 7 business days
To any other part of the world: 10 to 15 business days
With the tracking number provided you have a detailed tracking of your order, that will pass the customs control.
YOUR SIGNATURE WILL BE REQUIRED TO ACCEPT THE LETTER
* Sometimes shipping to USA can require more time, even up to 2 months! That’s why we suggest you to choose the priority option at least ;)
What if my order got lost?
Unfortunately this happens sometimes, but we cannot take responsability for loss or damages by the postal service. So, if you are concerned about packages being lost, please consider the tracked option.
Do you accept returns?
Since we are a small shop, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once your order has been placed. Please, double check and be sure when you order!
